Fans rejoiced as Korean heartthrob Lee Min Ho completed his military training last week.
Photos of his graduation ceremony were posted by several fan pages online.
According to the K-pop (Korean pop) website Soompi, Lee Min Ho entered the Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong province on March 15, 2018. After receiving basic training for four weeks, he will be given his official military assignment.
The 30-year-old Korean actor began his mandatory military service on May 12 of last year, and first served as a public service worker at the Gangnam District Office for 10 months.
He will be discharged in May 2019.
Lee Min Ho first became a household name in the Philippines in 2009 when he portrayed Gu Jun-pyo in Boys Over Flowers, the Korean version of Meteor Garden.
His other television shows, such as City Hunter, The Heirs, and Legend of the Blue Sea, were also aired in the Philippines.
