Filipino users of the biggest social media site expressed alarm over the Facebook ‘downtime’ incident that occurred early this Tuesday.
Downdetector.com posted a map of the outage, highlighting places where the facebook blackout took place which included the Philippines, Singapore, Japan, and even parts of Australia and the United States.
In a statement released after the Internet fiasco, Facebook cited “technical issue” that caused access problems to its users.
Facebook added the team has now resolved the issue.
