A woman was sent to jail after assaulting and filming a cop in Dubai.
Reports from the Dubai Court of First Instance earlier heard that the Arab woman threatened to send the video to her sister in France, as her way to “show that Dubai police don’t treat detainees well”.

The defendant was found guilty of threatening and assaulting a policewoman. She was also charged of invasion of privacy of the policewoman and for damaging public property after she damaged the cover of TV cables at the women’s detention centre.
The woman will be deported after she serves her jail term.
