Residents in the UAE were amazed by the fog formations in the country that usually signal a change in weather patterns.
Experts recently announced that the country will be transitioning from the summer to the autumn period starting on September 22.

Dubai-based journalist Ashleigh Stewart (Twitter handle: @Ash_Stewart_) shares the view of the emirate’s fog formations at Dubai MarinaNetizen Money Mata (Twitter handle: @Matadhar) shared a photo from his residential area as the fogged enveloped parts of his neighborhood.Xander (Twitter handle: @not_moby) shared a photo of a tower that’s barely seen from the thick fog formations.
Russell Smart (Twitter handle: @rustysmart), a Senior Leader for Educational Technology Integration & Assistant Headteacher of Kings Al Barsha Phase 3, shares the stark difference within one hour of Dubai’s look and feel during the fog formation. Ankeet (Twitter handle: @ankeetbajaj) showed a glimpse of Dubai’s roads during the fog formations early morning of September 22.
Days are expected to get shorter and nights will become longer in the coming days.
Al Jarwan estimates that this period of shorter days and longer nights will last until March 20, 2021, when the day and night becomes of equal length once again.
