Philippine Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. has been rushed to the hospital today, August 18 due to pneumonia.
Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado revealed on her official Facebook page that her husband was rushed because his Xray shows that he has developed pneumonia and now requires hospital care.
“Father God please help my husband. He is being ruhsing to the hospital. His latest X-ray shows that he has developed pneumonia and isolation in a regular facility is no longer ideal. Hospital care badly needed. Father we lift him up to you,” said Mercado.
Earlier, the senator also tested positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) although Mercado didn’t mention if Revilla developed pneumonia as a complication due to the said virus.
