‘Anti-bobo’ heckler Larry Gadon has gone to the Supreme Court and submitted his letter to Senior Associate Justice Antonio saying that he will voluntarily serve his three month suspension.
“On Oct. 3, 2019, while I was abroad, some members of the media called for my comments on the three months suspension meted out by the Honorable Court. I was not aware of the issuance and as of this date, I have not officially received a copy of the Order or notice thereof,” Gadon said in his letter.
Gadon said he honors the order of the Supreme Court and he will abide by it.
His supension order will now run from October 24 to January 25,2020.
The controversial lawyer has apologized for his demeanor that led to his suspension.
Gadon’s suspension came from a disbarment case filed against him in 2009 involving a mall based healthcare facility.
The Supreme Court said that Gadon’s statements violated Court rules which prohibits lawyers from using abusive, offensive or improper language. The resolution tells Gadon to control his “emotional outbursts.”
