Manila: Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate Banjo Danggalan was forced evicted in the TV reality show PBB Otso following his rape remarks.
ABS-CBN news shared a video of Danggalan and other housemates talking while having a breakfast.
He was heard joking about other male housemates sleeping together and even hugging each other.
Danggalan then pointed to his housemate Gino Roque IV and said “Siguro masarap itong katabi sa pagtulog.”
Other housemates laughed with Danggalan, but the female housemates were quiet and felt uncomfortable with Danggalan’s rape jokes.
The uneasiness didn’t stop Danggalan and even continued making fun of ‘raping’ his housemate.
“Pagsasamantalahan ko lang ito,” Danggalan continued.
‘Big Brother’ then called Danggalan in the confession room reminding him that they’ve discussed the issue before.
And not even days after the discussion, Danggalan was heard making rude remarks including rape jokes again.
“Ang pananamantala sa kapwa, sa kahit anong konteksto ay hindi dapat ginagawang biro. At kailanman ay hindi ko maaring palagpasin ang mga ganitong klaseng biro sa loob ng aking bahay,” Big Brother said.
Danggalan broke into tears upon hearing the decision to forced evict him.
Dubbed as ‘Funny Fighter ng Quezon City’ , Danggalan is a martial arts practitioner and had recovered from addiction.
He entered the PBB house to tell his inspiring story and make people laugh with jokes.
