Developers to roll out deals exclusive only to PPIE

DUBAI: From lower reservation fees and zero down payment to low amortization, discounts on certain projects, even driving credits from a pay-per-minute car rental company, and a customized appliance shipping service to the Philippines, exhibitors at this year’s edition of the Philippine Property and Investment Exhibition (PPIE) are making sure everybody goes home happy.

Ayala Land Inc. will have an exclusive launch of Arbor Lanes and Parklinks of Ayala Land Premier; Orean Place Tower 2 and Portico of Alveo; Makati Southpoint, Verge, and Astrea of Avida.

Other promos and incentives are being finalized.

Greenfield Development Corp. will have a special offer: A Php14,300 monthly amortization on Zadia, a mid-rise residential condo at Greenfield City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Sta. Lucia Realty will roll out a Php25,000 to Php50,000 discount on total price on selected condominium and condotel projects.

Aboitiz Land has summer discounts at 2% off the total contract price for Ajoya Cabanatuan, Amoa and Seafront Residences; and up to Php 50,000 savings for total contract price for Ajoya Capas’ duplex model type.

Robinsons Development Corp. (RDC) will give out PPIE exclusive discounts of up to Php100,000 for units at Aurora Escalades, Cubao Quezon City and Gateway Regency Studios at Pioneer Mandaluyong.

RDC will also hold an exclusive pre-selling of Sapphire Bloc at Ortigas. There will also be no spot-down payment across all properties.

SMDC will offer lower reservation fees at PPIE; and affordable investment terms for different projects to make it easier for OFWs to start investing.

“We also have big discounts on the total list price. For example, for our project in Sucat, Paranaque, the Bloom Residences, we are offering 10% absolute promo discount for our 2-bedroom units,” said Vince Lubrin, international property specialist at SMDC.

“We also have ‘The Good Guys’ promos wherein we offer flexible investment terms and 5% discounts on our Mall of Asia projects, for shore 1, 2,3 and S residences and in Makati for RED residences and our newest project in Makati LUSH residences, both located in Makati Central Business district,” he added.

Fame Residences in Mandaluyong near MRT Shaw Blvd. and EDSA Shangrila, is also included in the Good guys promo.

SMDC will also have the Early Occupancy program for its ready-for-occupancy projects. “OFWs who want to earn from rental income the soonest, only have to give 5% down payment for them to move in and rent out their condo,” Lubrin said.

SMDC’s newest project which was launched this April is Glam Residences, located right beside the GMA-Kamuning MRT station, where one bedroom unit is for Dh900 monthly.

SMDC also has a property in Davao right beside SM Lanang where the Phase 2 where OFWs can have a studio unit with balcony for only Dhs700 a month.

Meanwhile, Federal Land’s offering its Quantum Residences on the corner of Taft Ave. and Buendia in Pasay City with no downpayment and for as low as Php14,500 a month. Few units are left available.

LBC will be offering “Kabayan Sale,”a customized shipping service of appliances to the Philippines where all that an OFW has to do is make an order at LBC for say, a TV, refrigerator or AC among others and the cargo forwarding company will ship it at a special value rate.

“They can order at LBC and we will facilitate delivery. We also have customized packages for one-bedroom units or two-bedroom units. We have economy package and special package,” said Allan Michael A. Bautista senior sales and marketing manager for LBC’s Middle East operations.

Lastly, ekar, a pay-per-minute carshare company in Dubai will give Dh100 worth of driving credits free to people who visit and register with them at the PPIE venue.
