Directed and written by Antoinette Jadaone, the film follows the story of college sweethearts Christine (Soberano) and Raf (Gil), and how their relationship changed over the years as they grow older.
They broke up after Christine, who used to be an ambitious and outstanding fine arts student, got involved in an employee theft case that caused her life to turn upside down and her dreams to be shattered. Meanwhile, Raf went on to pursue his studies and became an acclaimed doctor.
They were reunited after years of not seeing each other only to find out that they still have feelings for one another.
Raf wants to get back with Christine and turn the “what-ifs” of their relationship to reality, but their circumstances in life made it difficult to do so.
