More countries ban travellers as COVID-19 spreads worldwide

More countries are imposing restrictions on foreign travel in a bid to thwart the coronavirus pandemic.
So while the Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19 has lifted the travel restrictions for Filipinos going out of the country, it appears only a few countries left which will not deport them or keep them locked inside their residence for at least two weeks.
The coronavirus has now spread to more than 140 countries and territories worldwide, and a growing number of governments have imposed lockdowns like what China did to Hubei province last month.
Yesterday, the 27-country European Union locked down its borders from the rest of the world. Canada, too, stopped international travelers, except Americans from going there.
The Filipino Times collated the list of countries which are not accepting travellers or specifically Filipinos. Please note that this is a very fluid situation and may change. Likewise, the list is of no particular order:

SPECIFIC TO FILIPINOS OR THOSE WHO TRAVELED FROM THE PHILIPPINES:
India – All Filipinos not allowed til March 30.
Kuwait – All passengers who travelled to Philippines for past 14 days not allowed entry.
Qatar – Passengers from PH for the past 14 days not allowed entry.
Taiwan – Filipinos must undergo 14 days quarantine upon arrival.
Northern Macedonia – Filipinos need to undergo 14-days quarantine.
Singapore – Passengers from PH need to undergo 14-day quarantine; Filipinos need to fill up health declaration.
Solomon Islands – Passengers from PH need 14-day quarantine.
Turkmenistan – Filipinos not allowed.
Vietnam – Travellers from PH need 14-day quarantine.
COUNTRIES NOT ALLOWING FOREIGNERS, REGARDLESS OF NATIONALITIES
Iran – Lockdown. All foreigners not allowed entry.
Spain – Lockdown. All foreigners not allowed entry.
Jordan – Lockdown. All foreigners not allowed entry.
Malaysia – Lockdown. All foreigners not allowed entry til March 31.
Canada – Lockdown. All foreigners excluding the Americans not allowed entry.
Chile – Lockdown. All foreigners not allowed entry.
Colombia – Lockdown. All foreigners not allowed entry.
Costa Rica – Lockdown. All foreigners not allowed entry.
Ecuador – Lockdown. No foreigner allowed entry.
Guatemala – Lockdown. Borders closed for 15 days.
Peru – Borders closed for 15 days.
Sri Lanka – Stopped international airport operations.
Israel – Foreign nationals not allowed except if they could show proof they have a place for self-isolation.
Saudi Arabia – All international flights suspended.
Denmark – Borders closed to most foreign travelers.
Latvia – Borders closed except nationals.
Lithuania – Borders closed.
Poland – All foreigners banned.
Serbia – All foreigners barred from entering.
Slovakia – All 3 international airports closed.
Ukraine – All commercial flights, bus, train banned.

COUNTRIES REQUIRING QUARANTINE/ HEALTH DECLARATION UPON ARRIVAL:
Hong Kong – Passengers from abroad must quarantine for 14 days.
Australia – Passengers from abroad need 14-day quarantine.
New Zealand – Passengers from abroad need 14-day quarantine.
Ghana – All travelers not allowed entry.
Kenya – All travelers from countries with reported Covid-19 cases.
Argentina – All travelers not allowed entry past 2 weeks.
Brazil – All passengers from abroad to quarantine for 7 days.
Nepal – Foreigners must quarantine for 14 days from arrival date, no more on-arrival visas.
Greece – International travelers to undergo 14-day self-quarantine.
Norway – All who came from outside Norway needs 14-day quarantine.
