A man from Connecticut crashed his vehicle as he drove over without license while recording himself on Saturday.
Connecticut State Police chased Kenneth Hoffler, a 23-year-old from the city of Middletown who used his phone to livestream himself while going to Gold Star Memorial Bridge.
Hoffler was placed under custody for having a suspended license and speeding up to 100 mph (160 kph).
A police officer followed Hofler’s car as he rushed towards an exit driveway then tumbled over a guardrail, HuffPost reported.
The authorities uploaded Hoffler’s video on December 29 as a reminder for motorists to drive safely.
He was taken to Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London for sustaining minor injuries.
The troopers added that it is illegal to speed over and do a livestream while driving, they said in a statement.
