Authorities arrested a man after a doorbell camera caught his confession to his sister’s killing.
“I killed Jennifer,” Egwaugu can be heard saying in the footage obtained from the doorbell camera.
Michael Egwuagu, 25, was naked when he was taken by authorities for killing his sister, Jennifer Ebichi.
Egwaugu, a former football player, used a kitchen knife to stab her 32-year-old sister multiple times on Friday, The Austin American-Statesman reported.
A witness told authorities she heard screams inside the house then Egwaugu walked out smiling while holding his knife.
Martin Egwaugu, Michael’s older brother and Ebichi’s twin, told authorities that her twin messaged him that their brother was having a crisis.
Martin added that he showed up at the home after receiving another message from his sister.
But he was late as he found her twin sister, who was on her first trimester of pregnancy, lifeless in the kitchen floor of their house in Pflugerville, Texas.
