Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has partnered with upscale developer Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc. (SRPI) to offer additional value to its new high-rise condominium project in Bonifacio Global City.
RLC recently unveiled the Aurelia Residences, a 9,118 square meter project that would feature the works of architect Brian Lee of world-renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) and elite design company FM Architettura D’Interni founder Francesca Muzio.
According to a Business World report, the project offers 285 limited collections of bespoke homes, with design elements evoking the modern concept of the Italian ideal of “sprezzatura”, or an “effortless and understated kind of classic elegance”.
In a separate report, it was learned that Seeking Alpha’s take-up rate has already exceeded 50 percent, with pre-sales of P16-billion for the project, as early as November 2019.
Another big project that RLC plans to launch is the new 40-story high-end luxury condominium in Bridgetowne estate in Pasig City.
This is a 40-60 joint venture of RLC with Hongkong Land Holdings Limited, which has the experience of developing property projects in other Asian countries.
With this partnership, RLC promises to have residential development that is differentiated from other properties in the area.
