DUBAI: A household service worker who has just been in Dubai for about three months is currently at the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital after falling into a coma due to aneurysm, The Filipino Times learned.
RS, an accounts coordinator who posted the matter on her Facebook page, told The Filipino Times that LE was admitted last week.
“Pumutok daw yung ugat sa utak at kumalat agad ang dugo kaya sya inoperahan,” RS said, citing hospital staff.
“Unresponsive na po sya. Tinanggal na po lahat ng sedation para at least makaramdam ng pain pero unresponsive pa rin. Bukas mo i-test po sya kung brain dead,” she added.
According to RS, LE is a single mom with two kids back in the Philippines. She arrived in Dubai on a visit visa.
“I am looking for someone who can help our fellow kabayan who is in comatose right now at the hospital… Please, patulong po na maipaabot natin sana ito sa ating Konsulado,” RS said in her post.
