World’s tallest indoor climbing wall to open in Abu Dhabi

The world’s tallest indoor climbing wall and widest skydiving flight chamber will open this coming Nov. 29 at Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island.

According to the Abu Dhabi Government Media Office, the announcement of the opening CLYMB Abu Dhabi was made by Miral.

This project is reportedly worth Dh367 million.

It is designed to present unique sporting challenges to active lifestyle enthusiasts from around the world and enhances the emirate’s position as a global tourism destination, with world-class attractions for all travellers.

According to Miral’s official website, the new skydiving flight chamber has an unmatched width of 9.75 meters (32 feet), making it the world’s widest.

Its climbing wall has a height of 43 meters. They also offer challenges for beginner, intermediate and expert climbers.

The attraction will also include retailers, food and beverage outlets, a space to host parties as well as a link towards Yas Mall.
