A 53-year-old Filipino domestic worker from Tuguegarao City was found dead in her employer’s home in Clear Water Bay, Hong Kong.
The body of Grace R.L. was discovered yesterday morning, September 9, Hong Kong News reported.
The helper had been working in Hong Kong for the last 30 years.
The report said that according to a police spokesperson, the employer found the Filipina unconscious in their home at 11 Pik Sha Road, Clear Water Bay.
Initial investigation revealed that the woman was believed to have died of natural causes.
Paramedics rushed to the house but the Filipina was already dead, the report said.
The report added that the worker’s employer has coordinated with the Assistance to Nationals Section and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration for the repatriation of her remains.
