Arbues said Arbor Lanes is a luxury project of Ayala Land Premier in Arca South, whose value is seen to rise three-folds as the Mega Manila Subway project connecting north and south Metro Manila as well as the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), gets underway. The rail system will run through Arca South.

Another property is the Avida Makati Southpoint located along Chino Roces so it’s like having Makati location but not the Makati price, while still another is Verge in Mandaluyong-Pasig area, along EDSA with easy access to the BGC-Ortigas Center Link, making BGC only a few minutes away from the location.
