With thousands of passengers accommodated by the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on a daily basis, no wonder thousands of vehicles also arrive at the airport to fetch their loved ones leaving or returning to the country. This also means a problem in looking for a parking space.
In response to this, the Manila International Airport Authority will be adding more parking spaces for vehicles at NAIA Terminal 1.
Parking C at the NAIA Terminal 1, which was previously occupied by airport transport providers, will be reverted back as a public parking area which can accommodate 400 vehicles.
Parking fee will be at Php40 for the first three hours and an additional Php15 for every succeeding hour. The parking space will be operational for 24 hours.
The announcement was made amid the expected influx of passengers at the airport with the upcoming Christmas holiday.
