The Central Bank of the UAE announced the schedule of operations of national banks and major branches in the country in accordance to the Eid Al Adha celebration.
As stated in an advisory released by the UAE Central Bank, all banks will be closed for the Eid holidays on Monday, August 20, until Thursday, August 23.
Official work and operations shall resume on Saturday, August 25.
The UAE Central Bank also reminded all banks to properly stock their automated teller machines with bank notes during the holidays.
Earlier this week, the UAE Cabinet announced a one-week holiday for workers in government ministries and departments in celebration of Eid Al Adha.
