His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, visited the motorists who was rescued after his vehicle plunged into a 15-meter pit in Al Khawaneej area on the first day of Eid Al Fitr.
The Vice President visited the motorist identified as Ali Redha Al Hashimi to check on his situation after he was airlifted to the nearest hospital from the scene to receive proper medical treatment.
The Dubai Civil Defence and Dubai Police rushed to the scene, which was a construction excavation site, after receiving a number of messages from witnesses reporting the incident.
