Civic OFW groups inducts new officers

The OFW Global Movement Association and Cooperation (OFWGMAC) inducted its new sets of officers together with Kilusang Pagbabago National Movement for Change – UAE at the Novel Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

The induction was graced by Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. and Vice Consul Von Ryan Pangwi.

The OFWGMAC which has over 80 members in Abu Dhabi is led by their president, Nedie Bansag Toralba.

OFWGMAC’s mission is to organize and help fellow OFWs and their families back in the Philippines as they provide support for each other. “Yun ang point talaga natin is yung tulungan ang mga kababayan natin lalo na yung mga nangangailangan talaga and to support the Duterte administration hangga’t nasa Malacanang siya” said Toralba. The organization has 4 chapters in the UAE with the Dubai chapter led by Warpeace Arnold as president, the Sharjah chapter led by Zahara Bahasuan as president, and Umm Al Quwain chapter with Jonalyn Segun as president. The Dubai, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain chpaters supported the mother chapter of OFWGMAC in Abu Dhabi for the oath taking.
