A Filipina netizen shared on Facebook how she was able to visit five countries in 17 days and spending only Php15,000 in plane fare and hotel expenses.
According to MeaKryztine Aquiviano, she was able to visit Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia with only Php15,118.5 spent on plane and bus tickets and hotel accommodation.
She advised travelers to always be on the lookout for airline ticket promos and to settle for backpackers’ inns instead of expensive hotels.
Aquiviano also reminded travelers to be mindful of where they dine while on the trip as it usually dictates the amount of money spent during the trip.
“Just always remember you can always make money. Ang importante you will have the best time of your life and the best memories to cherish that soon will become stories to tell. So ipon now and enjoy later,” Aquiviano’s post read.
