Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum urged residents of Dubai to participate in a fitness movement by committing 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days to have a healthy and fit lifestyle.
The “30 minute x 30 days Dubai Fitness Challenge” aims to make Dubai the most active city in the world by encouraging residents to have an active lifestyle.
Activities covered by the fitness challenge are walking, team sports, intense fitness regimes, paddle-boarding and aerobics to football, yoga, cycling and everything in between.

HH Sheikh Hamdan said the challenge is an opportunity for participants to experiment with new and exciting ways in improving their fitness levels.
He also encouraged government organizations, public sectors, and educational institutions to be the initiator of the challenge among residents.
The challenge will run from October 20 to November 18.
