His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, led the unveiling of a mega replica of “Dubai Creek Tower”.
The Dubai Creek Tower replica joins The Dubai Fountain, The Waterfall, and Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo in the roster of attractions at The Dubai Mall.
The aluminum and 3D-printed replica details the aesthetics of the 29-story Dubai Creek Tower from design, architecture, to illumination features.
Engineers and construction professionals spent 4,000 hours to complete the 3,000-kilogram structure.
The replica also features interactive screens that could allow mall visitors learn facts about the Dubai Creek Tower, including its records and the milestones it is set to achieve.
The Dubai Creek Tower holds the world record of the most used cable in any single structure with its 110 kilometer of cables.
It is also made with record-breaking foundation with over 145 barrette piles.
