Restaurant offers free burgers for life under one hilarious condition

An Australian fast food chain called Mr. Burger offers a free lifetime burger supply to the first 10 people who will change his/her surname to “Burger.”

The customers need to send a proof of the name-change from the Australian government before August 1, 2016. Customers need to be at least 18 years old to qualify, a report on The Telegraph said.
Mr. Burger will also refund the A$101.40 name-change fee for everyone who will take the dare, as stated by its marketing manager Maleik Edwards.

Mr. Burger famously pranked fans on April 1 with a hoax announcement of an upcoming “Burger tram,” but marketing manager Maleik Edwards said the latest announcement is no joke.

Edwards also told Mashable Australia that they did the promo to lift people’s spirits amidst “the heavy week in news, between Brexit, the election and the crazy weather.”

On their website, the chain said: “We like to have fun at Mr. Burger. And giving someone burgers for life if they change their last name to ‘Burger’ seems about the most fun thing we can do.”
