MANILA – The Provinces of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley will experience more shivering days as the northeast monsoon or “Hanging Amihan” continued to affect Northern Luzon.
The temperature in other areas also started to drop due to Amihan. In Baguio, a temperature of 14 degrees Celsius was recorded on Thursday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
In Metro Manila, the lowest temperature was recorded at 23.5 degrees Celsius at 6 a.m. on Thursday.
