UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a phone call with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman to express his condolences over the passing of Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said.
During the call, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed conveyed his sincere sympathy to Sultan Haitham, the Al Said family, and the people of Oman.
The UAE President prayed that the late Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said be granted God’s mercy and eternal peace, and that his family be given strength during this difficult time.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed also paid tribute to the late Omani leader, remembering his distinguished service to his country and his contributions to strengthening cooperation and unity within the Gulf region.
Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said was widely recognized for his role in public service and for his efforts in supporting regional cooperation among Gulf nations.
