Israel is in need of around 500 Filipino home-based caregivers, with salary that can reach up to PHP80,000.
According to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), the qualifications are as follows, reported ABS-CBN News:
- Filipino citizen
- At least 23 years old
- At least 1.5 meters tall
- At least 45 kg weight
- BS nursing or BS physical therapist graduate or finished 10 years of schooling with TESDA certification on NCII Caregiving with at least 760 hours of training
- English language proficiency
- Have never worked in Israel
- Do not have parents, spouse, or children working or residing in Israel
- Physically and mentally healthy
- NBI clearance
Interested applicants need to go to POEA’s website (onlineservices.poea.gov.ph) and register.
The POEA will check the online application and schedule the applicant for an interview.
