Dubai to roll out more self-driven vehicles for delivery purposes

Self-driven vehicles will shortly ply on the roads in Dubai.

Chinese firm Neolix will roll out self-driving vehicles in cooperation with the online marketplace Noon.com.

Fully automated delivery services will be operated, said Khalid Al Awadhi, director of transportation systems for self-driving transport and integrated services for bus stations while speaking on the sidelines of Gitex Global.

Such vehicles can deliver parcels, food and beverage (F&B) items, and other similar products and will have screens to interact with the people and validate QR codes so that people can collect their items.
