The Social Weather Stations reported that half or 50% of Filipinos are happy with their love life.
The November percentage of those with a very happy (napakasaya) love life is the lowest since the 49 percent in 2014, according to the survey firm.
In the SWS report, 31% said that their love life could be happier and 18% said they do not have a love life.

The survey was conducted last November 21-25 with 1,500 respondents.
Majority of these Filipinos are also celebrating Valentine’s Day.
31% said they would celebrate the love month, 31% were undecided and 27% said they would not celebrate.
Most of the respondents prefer to celebrate Valentine’s at the church.
45% would go to church to attend religious services, 27% would give gifts to their spouse or loved ones, 25% would prepare special foods at home, and 11% would send greetings through the SMS or online.

The survey also showed that married men and women are happier than their single counterparts.
64% of married men are happier, 53% men are happier with live-in partners while single men were 22%.
“The November 2020 survey found no significant connection with people’s celebration of Valentine’s Day and their happiness with love life with their fear of Covid-19 and their outlook on whether the worst of the Covid-19 crisis is behind us or yet to come,” SWS said. (TDT)
