Filipinos to enjoy fully paid scholarships from LBC-FilBrit Training Centre tie up

UAE residents aiming for progressive advancements in their chosen career but don’t have enough money to fund their own studies can now benefit from the new scholarship program spearheaded by LBC in partnership with FilBrit Training Centre.
This comes as LBC & FilBrit Training Centre awards the first batch of scholars who were provided with all 4 levels of their preferred course free of charge.
LBC provided the scholarship for deserving applicants to help them fulfil their dreams after the company learned that FilBrit students who availed their Document Processing Services such as MOFA Attestation, School Documents and NBI Clearances were aiming to level up in their career as they seek better opportunities including putting up their own businesses as well as those who wish to migrate to other countries.
Steps towards advancements
LBC’s Senior Sales & Marketing Marketing Manager for Middle East Allan Michael Bautista said that this is the first step for these scholars and would-be recipients of the scholarship program to take further steps in their journey towards a better life.
“When we first learned that FilBrit students who were availing our LBC Document Processing services were those who gave value towards advancing themselves in skills and training by migrating to other countries or exploring higher career level opportunities after completing their courses, we found that their life stories can actually inspire other people to progress and be better versions of themselves, and this helps us further in our advocacy towards helping the community,” said Bautista.
FilBrit Training Centre Founder and Owner Dr. Mark Evans shared that the panel really scrutinized several applicants who wish to avail of the full scholarship and is optimistic that this will indeed help these expats to have a better future ahead of them.
“We are really excited about this. We gave all of these scholars quite a hard time during the interview and we are pretty sure they will be very committed to their learning and we are excited to work with LBC in providing this opportunity to these deserving students,” shared Evans.

Fulfilling dreams of career growth
Olive Hermoso, who currently works as a bus guardian in the UAE, plans to improve her skillset by learning Aromatherapy and Reflexology from her scholarship granted by LBC and FilBrit. “I am very thankful for this opportunity to grow. I promise to be a student that LBC and FilBrit will be proud of. My aim is after 5 years, I will be a successful caregiver and therapist,” shared Hermoso.
Adnan Fiaz, a fellow LBC-Filbrit scholar, aims to further his career to level up his position from an office boy to an office administrator. The Pakistani national hopes that this will be his ticket for career advancement to secure a better job. “I’m currently working as an office boy. I want to apply for the office administration team and my manager told me to enroll here and improve my skills so she can help me apply for a better position,” said Fiaz.
Meanwhile, Merhanie Pangoca, a fellow FilBrit scholar in the Culinary Arts, affirms that she’s ready to study even during Ramadan when she needs to fast together with her Muslim brothers and sisters, as this is her way to improve her skills beyond her current work as a nanny: “This is my dream and it is like a blessing to get this opportunity. I promise to do my best and I am excited to learn more and improve my skills.
LBC and FilBrit Training Centre has awarded a total of six scholars including Ruby Galpao (Caregiver), Mary Grace Santos (Culinary Arts), and Luisa Villariza (Culinary Arts).
Aiming towards the future
FilBrit Training Centre CEO & Co-Founder Mayet Malang-Evans hopes that the initiative will give opportunities for more UAE residents in the coming weeks as they get the certifications and training they need to boost their chances in getting ahead of their careers and in their chosen paths. “This is just the first batch and we look forward to the coming weeks as we also announce the scholars for the FilBrit-LBC Toastmasters program,” said Malang-Evans.
