It appears that nothing is forever even for Coco Martin’s Cardo Dalisay of the hit and longest-running primetime TV series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
In an episode on Friday, July 22, the show said that it is now counting down to three weeks before the show’s finale on August 12.

The show has been running for seven years after it debuted last September 8, 2015.
In an Instagram video, Martin thanked the Filipino viewers for supporting the show in the last seven years.
“Walang hanggang pasasalamat sa inyong pag suporta sa FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano sa loob ng pitong taon,” Martin said.

“Hinding hindi matatapos ang pagmamahal namin sa inyo, kapit lang sa huling tatlong linggo,” he said.
The TV adaptation of the Filipina superheroine Darna is set to take over the timeslot of the primetime series.
