Former child actress Serena Dalrymple sparked engagement speculations on social media after she posted a ring and an intimate photo of a kiss with her boyfriend on social media.
The photo captioned “Happy anniversary! I love you forever,” displayed the 30-year-old actress with her longtime, non-showbiz partner Thomas Bredillet on a beach in Chatham, Massachusetts.

Serena rose to fame through child roles in series and comedy-drama films during the l990s and early 2000s, where she starred with veteran comedians Dolphy, Redford White, and Babalu.
She also appeared in the 2008 film +Ang Tanging Ina Ninyong Lahat+ with Ai-Ai Delas Alas and in the 2010 film +Ang Tanging Ina Mo+ (Last na ‘To!) – before retiring from show business in 2004 and settling in New York City.
While describing “lack of projects” among other reasons for quitting showbiz and the Philippines, she recalled the need for a backup plan which resulted in choosing studies instead of acting. (AW)
