Kapuso actress Carmina Villaroel made a revelation that she and Kapamilya hunk Piolo Pascual almost had a relationship.
The revelation was made during the livestreaming of the actress’ 45th birthday with some of her closest friends.
After Piolo greeted Carmina, the actress said that they are close friends during their younger years.
“Serious ba ‘to? Ang guwapo nga nito, pantasya nga ng bayan! Uy sobrang na-touch ako, talaga, thank you,” Carmina said when she heard Piolo greeting her.
“Close tayo! Super close tayo! Sa sobrang close nga muntikan na ngang maging kami,” she added.
The actor then expounded on Carmina’s revelation by saying that they almost had a relationship.
“Pero dapat tayo, ‘di ba? Umamin ka!” Piolo said.
“Ano aaminin ko? Ito kasi, e. Kulang na lang ako lumigaw diyan, e,” Carmina responded.
Piolo then revealed how important his relationship with Carmina.
“My sister-in-law who gave my brother two beautiful kids who are no 18, 19, and they’re all grown up. We had a double date, it was their first time to meet, ‘di ba? Kuya and si Tessie. Tessie, my kuya’s wife, is Mina’s bestfriend,” Piolo explained.
The actor said that they had a double date with Piolo’s brother and Carmina’s best friend.
“They ended up as a couple. They ended up together. So ‘yun, I think tayo ‘yung naging tulay,” he said.
