Former television host Jay Sonza finds the story of Kim Chiu’s shooting incident ‘unbelievable’.
“Sa mga beterano at batikang journo, iyong ‘kim ambush story’ ay isang malaking ‘DRAWING,” the ex-tv host said.
On Wednesday, the vehicle of Chiu was shot in broad daylight while it was in CP Garcia Avenue in Quezon City.
Chiu together with her personal assistant and driver were safe. The actress immediately proceeded to her taping for her television series after the incident.
“Nasa stop light ng paulanan ng bala, tumagos, pero walang tinamaan kahit isa?,” Sonza wrote.
He also questioned the claims that the vehicle is bullet proofed.
“Bakit tumagos ang bala from right to left window kung bullet proofed? Bakit sa tingin nyo ba tanga parin ang mga Pilipino?” he added.
Sonza said that the shooting incident felt like lifted from the teleserye ‘Ang Probinsyano’ scene.
“Malamang writer ng ABS-CBN FPJ: Ang Probinsyano ang nagsulat ng ‘the unbelievable ambush of Kim Chiu. Walang kalatoy-latoy. walang spark,” he said.
Netizens have a mixed reaction on his Sonza’s claim.
