'I was so scared': Kim Chiu recalls horrifying details of van shooting

Kim Chiu was shaken by the horrifying van shooting incident on Wednesday as she took to her Instagram account to recount some details.
“I was so scared, I don’t know what to feel right now,” said the Kapamilya actress.
The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) confirmed the shooting incident along Katipunan Avenue corner C.P Garcia Avenue.
The two gunmen onboard a motorcycle fired six gunshots.

The actress recounted that they were on her way to a taping location at 6 am when the shooting incident transpired. She said she was asleep at that time when she suddenly heard gunshots.
“This is a bad joke. 6am on my way to taping, I was asleep inside my car then I heard several gun shots, 8 to be exact. I was shocked and ask my driver what happened,” the actress recalled.

It was a near-death experience, she said. “Buti nakahiga ako. Pano kung tinuloy ko magbasa ng script?”
Chiu said she did not know the motive of the gunmen.
“Wala naman akong kaaway or ka atraso. Why me?.
“Kung sino man ang gumawa nito Diyos na ang bahala sa inyo dalawa.
“Sana tininignan nyo muna ang plate number bago nyo paulanan ng bala yung kotse ko but at the end of the day inisip ko nalang walang nasaktan sa amin. God protected us. Salamat po”
She thanked all the people who pray for her and continue to check up on her after the incident.
