Korean drama fans were treated over the weekend to two of the most sought-after Korean actors today who held fan meet events.
“What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?” leading man Park Seo Jun was in the Philippines to also endorse a global clothing line and meet his Filipino fans.
Bench owner Ben Chan described the Korean star as very charming and warm.
“He is well-mannered and down-to-earth. He is also quite shy but once he warms up to you, he can be very engaging,” Chan told Philippine Star.
Chan revealed that the Korean actor also tried a lot of the Filipino sisig. The Filipino pork dish is recognized globally.
Park also expressed gratitude to Filipino fans and their support the Korean wave.
“It’s my job as an actor to show quality work. I have to try hard to reciprocate the love of the fans by acting better,” the K-drama star said. (Trish Tan)
