Actress Lauren Young took to Twitter to vent out her frustration after she tried to get her documents processed at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Young said that the process takes too long and tiring.
“Processing for documents in the Philippines makes me want to pull my hair out, scream, and have my eyes roll back,” she wrote on Twitter.

She complained about how the system works at the DFA office she visited after an employee asked her to go to the next window only to get the same response after lining up for three hours.
“Guy in window 1 told me I have to get a document but should verify with window 2 if it’s necessary or if there’s something they can do for me. Waited in line for 3 hours to get to window 2 only to be told the exact same thing. Salamat! #DFAHorrorStories,” she said in another tweet.

Young also encouraged the government agency to come up with solutions for the problem.
“Two windows accommodating 100 people in the queue. I felt so bad for the people waiting and for the people working there. Right now the question isn’t ‘What can we do?’ But more of ‘What should they do?'”
Young ended her series of tweets by jokingly saying, “Can I have my taxes back?”
