Dubai Police unveiled another police patrol which is considered as one of the most advanced police vehicles in the world.
The new police patrol, named Ghiath, is equipped with different artificial intelligence features such as facial recognition technology and vehicle recognition system.
The new police patrol also has the “most sophisticated communication system linked directly with the Command Operations Room”.
Inside the police patrol, there are multiple touch screens that will help authorities navigate through Dubai.
The police patrol is only one of the notable vehicles used by Dubai Police.
Earlier, Dubai Police started its testing phase of the hoverbikes which they intend to use by 2020.
Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Department at Dubai Police, told CNN that hoverbikes can be used to access hard reach areas in the emirate.
In a video posted by Dubai Media Office, a member of Dubai Police is seen training the navigation of the hoverbike.
It can be used to respond to urgent situations, such as traffic accidents and emergencies.
It boasts of a remarkable advanced technology and can fly at five meters above ground. It can also fly even without a passenger or an operator and can speed up to 96hm/h.
