Rachelle Ann Go receives sweet message from American singer Tori Kelly

Rachelle Ann Go went on “fangirl” mode after receiving a shoutout from American Grammy-nominated singer Tori Kelly.

Go posted the video message she has received from Kelly on Instagram. The American singer thanked Go for helping them gain access to watch the award-winning West End production of the musical “Hamilton.”

Go is currently part of the cast ensemble of the said musical, playing the role of Eliza Schuyler Hamilton.

“We saw ‘Hamilton,’ finally. We just want to thank you for just connecting all of that, and helping out in getting us in. We loved it and we were just freaking out the whole time,” Kelly said in the video.

Kelly added that she would like to meet Go at some point.

“Congrats on everything and being out there in London and killing it. And yeah, you’re awesome,” she continued.

Kelly’s husband, basketball player Andre Murillo also appeared on the video thanking Go saying that he was emotional the entire time they were watching the show.

Kelly is known for appearing on several talent shows during her younger years, including “America’s Most Talented Kids” and “American Idol”.

She has received her first Grammy nomination in 2016 for Best New Artist after she released her debut album “Unbreakable Smile” which contained her song “Nobody Love”, “Should’ve Been Us”, and “I Was Made for Loving You”.

As a response, Go “freaked out” as she thanked Kelly for her kind words.

“I am such a fan, Tori Kelly. You are such an inspiration. Thank you for being a light!” Go captioned the video.

She also said that she would like to do a duet with Kelly in the future.

“I really want to sing with Tori guys so please pray with me! Lord please make it happen,” she said.

Aside from Kelly, Go has also met other international celebrities and personalities who have watched Hamilton, including Benedict Cumberbatch, Claire Foy, Tina Turner, Keira Knightley, Emma Stone, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
