The PICE-UAE chapter held the mid-year assembly recently at Millennium Airport Hotel Al Garhoud to conduct the oathtaking of the regulars and new associates. Moreover, the gathering aims to enhance and support the career and development of Filipino civil engineers in the UAE, in construction, transportation and other sectors.
PICE-UAE Chapter President, Engr. Vinzor Yee Concepcion said “from what I have observed, our Filipino civil engineers have an edge in this competitive market as they become aware of improving themselves. They go through career development and advancements like taking up ‘Masterals’, PMP accreditations, trainings and seminars for technical knowledge and know-how. They push themselves to be competent enough in their field. In our organization, we make sure that we help them climb up the corporate ladder.”
The organization conducts trainings, seminars, board exam reviews and assistance to all civil engineers (with or without license working in the country) to improve the careers of Pinoy civil engineers.
