A Filipina living in Pakistan was allegedly raped by a man after being called to his office in Lahore on the pretext of being offered a job.
Urging a court for police action against the owner of the foreign placement agency, Abdul Rehman, the Filipina said he had called her to his Cavalry Ground office and raped her on July 7.
Despite the serious charge filed against him by the Filipina, Rehman is still on the loose.
The Additional District and Sessions Judge Shafiq Abbas issued a notice to the police and summoned a complete record of the case within a week.
Meanwhile, the Philippines embassy in Pakistan also wrote to the Superintendent of Police (SP) Lahore Cantonment about the case.
