For the first time after giving birth, Kapuso star Solenn Heussaff shared a photo of her and baby daughter Thylane Katana on her Instagram account.
Solenn posted a black-and-white photo of her breastfeeding her baby.
“Best 9 days of my life so far,” the first time mom shared.
The actress welcomed their baby girl on New Year’s day. She also shared some of her struggles before and after giving birth.
She said that she is also undergoing ‘post-partum’ and will share more about it after her recovery.
“I will be sharing my journey of recovery once I learn a little more about it. For now, I won’t be exercising because of my CS but I will slowly get back into it,” Solenn shared.
Solenn delivered through cesarean section at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig City.
