A video during the earthquake that hit General Santos on Tuesday shows the intensity of the tremor felt inside a building.
In the video, screams can be heard as the strong quake rattles the people inside the building.
Shattering glasses, rattling file racks and falling items on the floor can be heard as the quake rocks.
The footage of the quake that was captured by Jaime Espina lasted for more than a minute. It was uploaded on 91.1 Pacman Radio – Gensan Facebook account.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the earthquake that hit Mindanao on Tuesday has a magnitude 6.6. It struck Tulunan, Cotabato at 9:04 am.
At least two people died while the authorities are still determining the number of injured as well as the damage to infrastructure.
Meanwhile, at least 22 aftershocks were recorded in General Santos City.
