Entertainment columnist Lolita Solis lauded Kapuso actress Jackie Rice for laughing off her alleged inclusion in an escort service website.
In her Instagram account, Solis shared a photo of the actress and wrote on her caption how she admired how the young lady responded to it.
“Type ko ang sense of humor ni Jackie ha, alam niya na isang scam ang lumabas na iyon sa social media kaya sa halip ma-pressure siya ginawa niyang katatawanan,” Solis said.
However, she thinks that such unauthorized endorsements should be looked into.
“Naku dapat talaga higpitan na ang mga ganyan lumalabas like iyon kay Judy Ann Santos na lagi nilalagay ang photos sa mga produkto na wala siyang kinalaman. Naku iyon iba naman naniniwala, imbestigahan dapat iyan, lalo ngayon na halos lahat nagbabasa ng social media,” she added.
According to the Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), the Kapuso actress shared on her Instagram stories the screenshot of the website.
The website described Rice as a Filipina actress who “is willing to offer her services” to the website’s VIP members. The rate posted there shows a P2-million booking fee in order to date the actress.
