A barangay im Quezon City is stepping up its efforts to fight Dengue amid a nationwide epidemic and the continuous rise in cases of the disease.
Barangay Old Balara released at least a thousand bull frogs in the barangay’s esteros to kill dengue-carrying mosquitoes.
The Health Department says that 188,562 dengue cases were recorded while 807 people have died since January.
