LOOK: 2-year old boy does fist bump with Duterte in Singapore

While President Rodrigo Duterte is in Singapore for the 33rd Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit, a two-year old Filipino boy living there took the opportunity to get a signature ‘fist bump’ photo with the chief executive.

In a photo published by Inquirer, the boy, named Charlie, is seen carried by the president while doing the signature Duterte fist bump before the camera.

Charlie was among the Filipino supporters who were waiting for Duterte in his hotel in Singapore.

After arriving at his hotel, Duterte stayed for a few minutes to meet with his Filipino supporters and pose for photos with them.

Among the topics Duterte is expected to discuss with other international leaders in the summit is the protection of the rights of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).

According to Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Joseph del Mar Yap, among the topics that Duterte will discuss with the leaders are migrant workers’ rights and the territorial dispute between the Philippines and South China Sea.

Aside from Asean leaders, Duterte is also set to meet with other leaders that will be present in the summit such as US Vice President Mike Pence, Chinese President Xi Jinping, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
