An Asian worker faced his untimely death after he fell from a concrete mixer vehicle in Sharjah.

He said that the company provided them with safety equipment, such as helmets, suit, and suits, but his co-worker was not wearing a helmet when he climbed the truck to check the air pipe.
The company also pleaded not guilty saying that they were not negligent in any way as they have provided their workers with what they need.
The officials said that the Pakistani worker was responsible for his own death.
The court requested one of the victim’s family members to produce power of attorney letter for them to be provided with the blood money.
