An overseas Filipina worker (OFW) wants to get back cash and other material items from his boyfriend who left her for another woman while she was abroad.
In an episode of ‘Raffy Tulfo in Action,’ OFW Ida Pacuancuan recalled his unfortunate love story with her boyfriend, Edison, who had been cheating on her.
The OFW discovered that Edison was playing games with her when a friend caught him leaving his other woman’s house in February.
Pacuancuan said that Edison eventually left her for the woman and took with him the OFW’s remittances worth Php250,000 which was supposedly for the construction of their home. Edison also took with him a refrigerator, a satellite dish, and a sidecar which the OFW paid for while working abroad.
Moreover, the OFW, who recently arrived in the country, said that she sent all her money to Edison leaving her broke today.
She also lost their sari-sari store and live stock business. Their home was also not constructed and Edison has since blocked her on social media and cellphone.
“Uuwi akong simot lahat,” the crying OFW said.
Her plea to her boyfriend was simple: “Alam mo Edison, wala akong pakialam mag-asawa ka man hindi naman tayo kasal eh.Kung may kahihiyan ka, alam mo kung anong hirap ko sa abroad, anong trabaho ko. Basta ibalik mo lang kung anuman ang nararapat para sa akin. Ang hiling ko na lang, kung hindi mo man maibabalik lahat, may nanay rin akong bubuhayin.”
