An overseas Filipino worker (OFW) in Hong Kong was publicly humiliated by her employer for giving a biscuit to the employer’s child.
In a Facebook video uploaded on Facebook, Lindy Paclibar shared the encounter in Tin Shui Wai Park.
In the video, the employer is heard shouting and seen pointing her finger angrily at an OFW who gave a biscuit to her child.
“You can eat it but you cannot give him the food,” said the employer.
It seems that the child had stopped eating certain food and the employer blames the OFW for it.
“Now I understand. What did you feed him before? One by one, tell me! Don’t tell a lie,” shouts the woman.
The OFW defended herself that it was the first time she fed the child but the employer refused to believe her.
“Impossible,” she insists.
Meanwhile, the video drew the ire of many Filipinos and criticized the employer for her behavior.
Other comments expressed concern for the OFW and urged the uploader to report the woman to the authorities. The post has been viewed over two million times as of writing.
